we´re glad to welcome you in year 2015 and ready to share news from our company. We firmly believe that you´ll stay in touch with us throughout this year and that a success is waiting for all of us.

In the first edition of our Newsletter we would like to introduce you a big project that we worked on and present you some news about the expansion and modernization of our central warehouse for Europe.

We will not miss the major Europe´s exhibitons, starting with the InternationaI Trade Fair Amper 2015 that will be held in Brno.

As you can remember from our previous issues, we always introduce you someone from our team. This time, we will not introduce you any management member, but a very important person a men, who prepares with his colleagues new products for you and takes care of own products portfolio– Mr. Jaroslav Prochazka.

NOARK Electric Europe

 

New product in NOARK assortment

Plastic consumer units PNF - HW for hollow-walls mounting

Consumer units PNF-HW are intended mainly for domestic applications. Theirs design is suitable for flush mounting. Dual fixing system allows using also for hollow walls. In order to fulfill all normative requirements, for hollow wall installations, the botton part of the unit sis moulded from special plastic. This plastic with stand and glow – wire test with temperature 850°C. It is asignificant difference from the standrad plastic consumer units available on the market, which are intended for brick or concrete walls. For them, the normative requirement for glow-wire test is 650°C only. Scope of delivery consists of enclosure, door, device DIN rails, N + PE terminals, front cover with device cutout, cover for empty place, mounting material.

NOARK at the fairs

Amper 2015

Our tradition is to be part of the most important electrical and electronics fairs. This year, we´re keeping that tradition as well as we did last year. The Amper 2015 is the first fair, where you can visit our exhibition stand. Our professional team and nice hostesses will be waiting to meet you from 24th March to 27th March. Noark´s exhibition stand is to be found at hall P from 10:00.

Increase of NOARK distribution center capacity

In November 2014 Noark increased capacity of its distribution center located near Prague.

Increase of the capacity was reached by installing new two floor gallery on which shelves for storing small quantities of items are placed. Additionally new high pallet racks were installed in the area released after moving shelves into the gallery.

This way we were able to increase the capacity of the warehouse by almost 50%.

The main reason for increasing the capacity was requirement of space for storing new assortment – metal sheet enclosures. However increase of the capacity enables to store also other new parts of continuously growing assortment of Noark products.

New equipment and increase of capacity also required change of internal procedures in the warehouse and improving functionalities of our warehouse management system so that warehouse operations are more effective and we can improve our delivery service to customers.

At the same time we renewed our machinery used in the warehouse.

 

Interview with product specialist Mr. Jaroslav Procházka


In this issue of Noark Newsletter, we put a few questions to Mr. Jaroslav Procházka:

 

What is your position and responsibility in NOARK?

My position in NOARK is a Product Specialist, a part of Product Management team. From this are also follow all my responsibilities which are related to NOARK products.

 

When have you joined the company?

I have joined the company in its very beginning in September 2011, at a time when the company was not officially on the market. So it is almost three and a half year ago now.

 

What is your daily work?

I am doing technical support for our Czech and Slovak customers, but also for whole our sales team and colleagues across Europe. The main part of my daily work is preparation of new products including all necessary documents, catalogues, manuals and certification issues.

 

What is your main target?

The target of whole our PM team is to bring as much new quality products on the market as possible and to grow even more from the competitiveness of assortment point of view, and not only in the segment of installation devices. Another very important target is to keep our services on such high level as we have them now and be strong support not only for our customers.

 

What is the most important progress?

One of the very positive features for me is that we have good feedbacks from our customers to our product quality, related services and nice supportive materials for which I am responsible. For me, however, the most important is the fact we have been able to triple our assortment over last three years and to be so one of the fastest growing company in this segment.

 

What you found challenging on your job?

I joined this electrician‘s world immediately after the university graduation. So I find new challenges in my job almost every day when I can learn new things, cooperate with experienced professionals and successfully solve any issues that can occurs. And as we are still very young company I have relatively wide range of my work activities, I can participate in other projects and solve various tasks in the company. And I find this personally very contributive to me.
